This fleece tankie is my personal favourite and the one that I use the most on my own dogs. It's great for the days that are too warm for a winter coat but too cold to go without anything. For staying in the car or in between runs at training, it's a good way to keep the dog from getting chilled.
Soft and versatile as well as warm. Wicks away the moisture on a wet dog after swimming or a bath. Made from double layered fleece fabric and covers the dogs torso but not the legs.
Available in 10 sizes in Red and Black
Machine washable warm. Hang dry.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR DOG:
Measure your dog from the sternum (breastbone in front), along the side to the base of the tail. The number you get is the size you need.
Generally the dogs need the fleece in a size 4" bigger than the Dakota Snow Suit and the coats.
If you have a female dog and want more coverage (they don't need room to pee underneath) you can go up a size.
When dressing the dog, pull the sweater over your dogs head, fold the front leg and feed one leg through each leg hole at a time. Then pull the sweater back towards the tail.
When undressing I recommend gathering the sweater up behind the front legs, lowering the dogs head and pulling the sweater out over the head, then letting the dog step out with the front legs. This is also the most gentle way for older and stiffer dogs.

The measuring chart is perfect to match the the size. The quality is very good. The fleece washes up very nice. Overall very pleased with the fleece.

Thank you for making us aware that the size chart is missing.
We are working on it, but in the mean time you can use the one for the Ohio Fleece Suit.
There is also an instruction video to show you how to measure correctly.

Just received the Wisconsin fleece warmer, and thanks for upsizing,it for me. It looks like the size 31 is the largest size? I think one size larger would be perfect. It fits her like a glove, very fitted, so what is the easiest way to get it on and off?

Thank you so much for the feedback, it is always good to hear.
The size 31 is the largest size, yes, but the Colorado Fleece Sweater goes up to size 34 if you decide it is too tight.
The Colorado has legs in the front as apposed to the Wisconsin.

I just learned my female dobe could fit a 34" in the Colorado fleece sweater. For the Wisconsin fleece, the largest size is 31" - would that fit since the front sleeves are "open?"

The important measurements are the length and the chest of the dog. They would need the same size in both the Wisconsin and the Colorado Fleeces.

Just watched your video on sizing. My SFT measures 17” in length and 23.5” around chest. You mentioned 2” difference being ok. I’m guessing that my difference means that this coat would not be a good fit for my dog. I suppose I could buy one to fit his chest and alter the length.

Is the measurements from the front along the side and to the base of the tale?
If it is you are right, it will not really fit in the chest area or it will be much too long.

Sounds like size 31” will be perfect based on your measurements. The fleeces with legs would also work in this size. They would not be too tight in the chest for him.
