Placing an order

Before you place your order, please ensure that you are ordering the correct size, by measuring your dog and checking those measurements against the measuring charts. Doing this will help cut down on mistakes and avoid having to ship back and forth due to getting a coat, harnesses etc that doesn't fit. Phone hours are 8am to 4pm Eastern US time. We answer emails very quickly, usually right away, and never longer than 12 hours after receiving them.

At Checkout there are a couple of questions We'd like you to answer. One of them is what kind of dog you have. This is to help me determine if you have ordered the correct size for your dog. We have caught many wrongly ordered sizes this way. If we think you may have ordered the wrong size, we will send you an email to double check before shipping. If we can't reach you by email we will give you a call. please make sure to provide contact information where you can be reached to avoid delays in your order being shipped. We aim to get you the correct fit the first time to avoid disappointment and hassle.

Payments can be made with either a Credit Card or a Paypal account. 
  • The option "US Credit Card" is for US based customers with US billing address only. 
  • Manual Paypal Request means that we will send you a Paypal Request. Your order will ship when we receive your payment. If you prefer to send payment before you receive a request our Paypal address is: Payment@eurodogdesigns.com
  • When paying online with Paypal please choose "International and US Credit Cards or Paypal" when checking out
  • For international orders and when paying online with Paypal choose "International and US Credit Cards or Paypal" when checking out. 
If you don't have a Paypal account, but want to pay with a credit card; when redirected to the payment page just click on the link marked with an arrow in the image below, and you'll be redirected to a page where you can enter your credit card details.




Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on orders $100 and over to the continental USA. Free Shipping orders are shipped with UPS Sure Post, FedEx surepost, USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority Mail whichever is cheapest, so it's no problem shipping to PO Boxes. When shipped, your package will usually reach you in 3-8 days. If you want your order quicker, you can choose to pay extra for one of our other shipping options like UPS 2 Day Air or USPS Express mail. 
UPS Sure post and FedEx surepost are both a combination of the carrier and USPS. UPS/FedEx handles the first part of the shipping and then hands it over to USPS for the final stage. Therefore these option can also go to a PO Box. UPS Sure Post/FedEx surepost are the slowest methods of shipping.

Orders placed before 1am Eastern Standard Time will usually ship the same day, if the times are in stock. If one or more products in your order are out of stock, we will email or call you with a time frame plus offer to change the color etc. Please make sure the email and phone number provided are valid so we can get a hold of you if needed.

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Shipping Confirmation and an email with a Tracking number. If the tracking link doesn't work, please copy/past the tracking number into the USPS website (or UPS/FedEx if that is what you have chosen).

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International Shipping charges are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.

Please be aware that not all countries are trackable. For some countries that do not scan their packages, the tracking will only be available to the US border (Usually Chicago). You are welcome to contact us with questions about tracking your package, and we'll be happy to help.

Please be aware that customs charges may be added in customs to international orders. You will be responsible to pay these charges. The fee varies from country to country and we are not responsible for these as it is charged by the individual countries. Packages picked out in customs can be delayed significantly, up to two months depending on country, so please be patient.

How to handle returns and exchanges

In case you order the wrong size or the product is just not what you wanted, you will need to return it. 
(Please make sure you have adjusted/tightened the neckline on coats and overalls before deciding it's too big).

Here is what you need to do:
  • Email us at shop@eurodogdesigns.com letting us know why you want to return and what you need instead.
  • Make sure the item is in new and unused condition with all tags attached and ALL hair removed from coats after trying them on. 
  • Add a note to your return package stating what you want instead, i.e. size/color or refund. Don't forget to include your name and order number.

Orders eligible for free shipping will also receive free exchange shipping (from warehouse to customer). All other orders will be charged for exchange shipping. Return shipping (from customer to warehouse) is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend having tracking and insurance on return packages in case it gets lost. Please DO NOT return packages by 'refusing it' as it will take a very long time to arrive, plus it won't be trackable. If you choose to do this anyway and the package is lost, we are without responsibility.

We ask you to return the item as quickly as possible, no later than 60 days after purchase. Refunds will NOT be given after 60 days.

Returns can take approx 2 working days to process from we receive them.

You are also more than welcome to place a new order for the item you want, and we will issue a refund for the return when we receive it.

Please ensure that the product you are returning is in NEW and UNUSED condition, including tags and packaging. All items MUST be clean and unused. Please do not return coats full of dog hair after trying them on, or reeking of doggy odor or cigarette smoke. You would not want to receive a coat looking or smelling like that, so please don't expect anyone else to. I will not accept any returns in less than re-sellable condition. Remove all the dog hair with a lint brush/roller or tape (Tape is the best to remove hair from fleece as the lint roller pulls on the fabric and doesn't pick up the hair). So basically, return the item as you received it. If we receive an item that is not hair free, we will charge a $15 fee per item for cleaning it. If we are not able to get all the hairs out, I will refund only half of the purchase price. The same goes for dirty items, only half of the purchase price will be refunded. 
We recommend that the dog wears a t-shirt when trying on coats etc to avoid hair sticking to the item.

If you are returning an order for a refund, purely due to changing your mind, there will be a $5 restocking fee, plus any free shipping will be deducted from the refund. The same goes if we have given sizing advice which you have chosen to ignore. You will be charged for exchange shipping in these cases.
